A prospective buyer will need the following when meeting with an agent of HJL Realty, LLC to commence the process of buying a property:-

  1. A Government Issued Picture ID.
  2. if a customer is to sign a Real Estate Agency Disclosure Notice.
  3. if a client is to sign an Exclusive Right to Represent Buyer Authorization.
  4. if a client is to sign an Exclusive Right to Represent Buyer Authorization.
  5. if a buyer will purchase with a mortgage, pre-approval is required from a lender.
    • If the buyer does not have a lender to get a pre-qual from, a list of 3 to 4 lenders will be provided to choose from.
    • If a buyer needs help calling a lender, an agent of HJL Realty, LLC will be glad to be assisting in every step of the way.
  6. if the buyer will purchase with cash, proof of fund is required.
  7. If an offer of buyer is accepted, the buyer will strongly be encouraged to conduct a home inspection.
    • It is expected for the buyer to know an inspector; if one is needed HJL Realty, LLC will be glad to provide a list of 3 to 4 to choose from.
    • If the buyer needs help choosing an inspector HJL Realty, LLC agent will be available to be assisting the buyer at every step of the way.
  8. Buyers will be expected to know an attorney. If one is needed, a list of 3 to 4 will be provided.
